Some mornings just call for chocolate. Not a chocolate protein bar, not cocoa-flavored cereal — I mean actual, rich, warm chocolate pancakes sizzling on a hot skillet, the air thick with the smell of cocoa and vanilla, and melty chocolate chips oozing through every bite.
